Conversations for Yoga Teachers- Chesterfield

If you are a yoga teacher, how do you “feed” yourself? Where do you get your energy from? Come and nourish yourself, your practice and your teachings while creating a community (sangha) with fellow yoga teachers. Join us for this 4-part advanced teachers’ studies in a compassionate and gracious forum. The key to being a great teacher is to remain an eager student.

Each 3-hour session will include asana, chanting, pranayama & meditations; then we will focus on one specific topic each time we meet. We will also have open discussion within the topic.

Saturday, March 9th: Air Element – Mudras, Pranayama and Bandhas - Are you breathing? Using mudras to connect deeper within. Bandhas, how and why we need to engage them.

Saturday, April 13th: Water Element – Conversations on the Gita. Major themes, important verses and life lessons that are more relevant today than ever.

Each class is eligible for 3 CE credits for Yoga Alliance/YACEP
