Slow Flow with Wisdom Books & Crystal Bowls


Books of wisdom surround you, crystal singing bowls in the center. This is a heartfelt practice in which to center, connect to your devotion, experience your joy, and nestle yourself in love for yourself and the world.

Slow Flow yoga practice, blankets and blocks are available. Please bring a mat.

YOGA is a system for self-transformation. The physical practice of yoga postures, which incorporate focus and concentration, help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility in both body and mind. This class is open to all levels, including beginners. You are encouraged to find your level of challenge through postures and breath. Your yoga practice will help you release tension and facilitate a deep relaxation while strengthening both body and mind.

A major focus of this class is connecting body and mind through breath awareness and breath control. Breathing is the gateway to the nervous system which we can affect directly through conscious and joyful effort.

A main goal of yoga is self-awareness. To provide an appropriate level of challenge for each person, you will be reminded to stay in-tune with your body as you honor where you are at right now. Modifications are suggested for each pose to meet different levels of experience.
